The flat consists of a bright, sunny living room connected to a second, spacious room that can function as an extension of the living area or as a separate bedroom or office. On the opposite side of the flat you will find the smallest room. Along the corridor there is a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a storage room and a bright kitchen overlooking the inner courtyard. The flat has kept the original oak floor, which, having been refreshed, adds extraordinary charm and with its colour beautifully complements the white of the walls decorated with delicate stucco. The flat can be fully furnished upon request.
The tenement building, in which the flat is located was built between 1913 and 1914 to a design by Karol Jankowski and Franciszek Lilpop. The sculptures are the work of sculptor Edward Bartłomiejczyk. The entrance to the tenement, the inner courtyard and the staircases have been restored.
The flat is located in one of the most desirable locations in Warsaw, a 2-minute walk to the Lazienki Krolewskie Park and 200 m to the Unii Lubelskiej Square. The historic Flory Street, where the building is located, was laid out around 1900 and is most likely named after the Roman goddess of flowers. Nearby you'll find many of the city's famous cafés, restaurants and the city centre is only 2 km away.
