Nowa Manufaktura - historical background

On the site where the New Manufaktura was built in Wrocław, there used to be a car factory. This fact did not remain indifferent to the creators of the investment. The reference to the roots is reflected in the highly original façade of the building, which somewhat resembles a car tyre tread. This unconventional design was recognised in the European Property Awards 2022-2023 competition, in which the investment was named the most beautiful residential building in Poland.
