The sale of all 8 houses in an exceptionally short time proved the effectiveness of our strategy and analytical approach. Challenges

The developer was looking for a reliable partner to achieve ambitious business goals and reverse the negative trend following the previous, unsuccessful efforts of another company. The main challenges we faced included:

  • Low recognition of the location itself, which required precise targeting and educating potential buyers.
  • The need to break down decision-making barriers among potential clients and convince them to consider a previously unknown area as an ideal place to live.
  • The lack of professional sales tools – the previous website was of low quality and lowered the perceived standard of the property.
  • The need to adapt the entire communication process to strict GDPR requirements and regulations regarding price transparency.

Solution

We began our collaboration with an audit of existing activities and the development of a new strategy. Instead of focusing on generating mass traffic, we adopted a qualitative approach – our goal was to acquire a smaller number of inquiries, but with a significantly higher transaction potential.

We built the investment's image from the ground up: we refreshed the visual identity, designed and built a modern website, and carried out photo and video shoots. We implemented full analytics, which allowed us to optimize developer campaigns in the Google Ads and Meta Ads advertising systems. The designed system also included managing organic social media to further strengthen trust in the investment and showcase its unique character.

To maximize effectiveness on a limited budget, we expanded our target audience to include the international market. Leveraging Hamilton May's own strong database of foreign clients, we successfully reached expats looking for a house near Warsaw.
