Hamilton has been instructed to dispose of an investment portfolio of 14 apartments in the Platinum Towers development in Warsaw.

The sale will be managed through our Capital Markets department and overseen by Ilona Stanik, who specialises in Private Rented Sector (PRS) transactions.

The package of apartments are being sold with an existing lease agreement in place until December 2021 to a short term operator in the building, offering an immediate return for the new investor.

The portfolio consists mainly of efficiently laid out 49-53 m2 two room apartments and also one three room apartment of area 72 m2 and are located between levels 8-21.
