Hamilton May has been instructed exclusively to dispose of a package of test apartments bought by an institutional PRS investor in Warsaw. The investor initially bought the apartments to test the market and has since made further more significant investments through Hamilton May’s investment department.
All of the apartments are currently tenanted and will be sold with tenants in situ, and ready to go for the next investor. The apartments are all managed by Hamilton May.
