Our Krakow team has successfully completed the sale of a small residential development project located at Krakusa 8.

The building was originally sold as a development project and has undergone renovation and fitout in co-operation with the developer during the last year or so.

The intention of the investor is to keep the building as a small resi for rent scheme and Hamilton has also been instructed to assist with the letting process.
