Hamilton May Warsaw has assisted a private investor to prepare and lease 25 units in the Wola Libre Development. The aim of the investor was to purely lease the apartments to the long term market in for PRS (Private Rental Sector) in which Hamilton May specializes.

The units were released to the market in tranches over the Q3 and Q4 of 2018 and are now fully leased with the exception of a couple of apartments, making for a successful venture for the investor.
