We are currently looking for a proactive, highly organized, and creative Marketing Assistant to support the Head of Marketing in daily operations, project coordination, and brand communication activities.

Your responsibilities:
• Supporting the Head of Marketing in daily tasks and ongoing projects
• Assisting with content creation and production
• Supporting social media management and content scheduling
• Coordinating cooperation with graphic designers, photographers, agencies, and external partners
• Preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials
• Supporting event organization and brand activations
• Monitoring marketing performance and market trends
• Managing administrative and organizational tasks within the marketing department
• Helping maintain brand consistency across all communication channels

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, curiosity, energy, and a genuine interest in marketing, social media, branding, and creating engaging content. The ideal candidate:
• has excellent organizational and communication skills
• is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• speaks and writes fluent English and Polish
• has a good sense of aesthetics and an interest in branding, social media, and marketing trends
• brings positive energy and enjoys working with people
• feels comfortable in a dynamic work environment
• knows Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and basic editing tools
• is a student
• does not need prior marketing experience, although an interest in social media and the real estate industry will be considered an advantage
