Ewa Marcinowska

Ewa Marcinowska - a driven real estate expert with 20 years of professional experience. She joined the Warsaw team for Hamilton May in 2023. For her, real estate is much more than just buildings. What she values most in her work is the opportunity to meet new people and to interact with unique properties, which often have amazing stories associated with them.

Ewa has impressive experience in selling real estate development projects, having handled the sale of almost 70 investments in her career, many of them from the premium market. She knows the Warsaw real estate market very well. Working on projects such as Złota 44, Mokotowska 49, Hoża 55, Rezydencja Biała, Londyńska 5, she feels that she is contributing to her hometown's transformation into a capital city rivalling those found in Western Europe.

Ewa is energetic and straightforward, but also very empathetic, which her clients appreciate. She serves Hamilton May's international clients in English. She has a growth mindset, grasping opportunities to improve her qualifications, and achieving even better results that guarantee client satisfaction. She studied at the Warsaw School of Economics and the School of International Trade and Finance, obtaining a degree in International Marketing and Management.

In her free time, she loves to explore the new cycle paths of Warsaw and its surroundings, sometimes feeling like a tourist in her own city.
