The investment consists of two 19th century buildings, an outbuilding and an underground parking. The buildings have been completely renovated while retaining their historic character. In order to assure good sun exposure of all apartments and the courtyard, the development was laid-out in the shape of the letter L. To additionally improve the comfort of the residents, the buildings were equipped with lifts and an underground parking that could accommodate 50 cars.
