Barbara Cabaj-Duda

In 2011 Barbara made her debut as a real estate agent at Hamilton May in Krakow. Previously, she was connected with the hotel industry for 20 years, at the same time successfully implementing her own ambitious business projects. Her many years of professional experience encompassing both client work and demanding perfect time management of her own and subordinate employees, are now a stable ground for Barbara's successful performance at Hamilton May.

Barbara takes care of clients in the Krakow branch on a daily basis, comprehensively handling their lease and sale transactions at every stage: from offering, through price negotiations, preparation of documents, to handing over the keys. Due to her seniority at Hamilton May, she has a very good knowledge of the real estate market in Krakow, thanks to which she quickly and accurately matches properties to clients' needs. Her knowledge of Public Relations and Advertising allows her to perfectly highlight the attractiveness of the offers in her portfolio and to conduct effective presentations of properties to potential buyers and tenants. Barbara's positive attitude ensures that the entire transaction process takes place in a friendly atmosphere, and the business relationships established result in permanent cooperation for many years.

Barbara works with Polish and foreign clients. She is fluent in English, which she mastered perfectly during her seven-year stay in the United States. She also speaks German and Russian, which enables her to effectively support foreigners from various corners of the world relocating to Poland or planning to purchase property here for investment purposes.

Barbara's private interests include economics, politics, real estate and investments. In her free time she travels, enjoys her favourite sports activities and cooking, during which she discovers various cuisines of the world.
