Nowy Przewóz

Nowy Przewóz investment is situated in the south-eastern area of Kraków, in the Płaszów district. The complex is finished to a high standard and offers easy access to all key city areas. The settlement was created in July, 2009 - it was developed by Kraków S.A. The development is made up of 5 phases, the last of which will be started in 2016. Nowy Przewóz offers a rich commercial infrastructure. Many shops, as well as a kindergarten, school, drugstore, medical facility, spa and hairdresser are located nearby the settlement. The area is also well connected with other districts; the very city centre can be easily reached via the so-called “fast tram”, which was developed in the recent years. Leaving the center is a simple task as well. Additionally, the development is situated by a natural recreational area; the green stroll pathways, which run by the Vistula river and the Bagry pond can be reached in just 10 min.
